Return Policy

OVERVIEW

We would like you to be happy with your item and treasure it for years to come. If an item needs to be returned, please see our conditions of replacement below: 

  • The Returns Policy below sets out the conditions and circumstances  for returning the item.  
  • The process stipulates how to properly cancel a purchase, reports a defect and/or arrange for a return

 
YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product from Barnard Mohair  after purchasing and receiving the product, please return it to Barnard Mohair within seven working days of delivery.  Non Defective Products that are returned will need to be in its original, intact, and undamaged packaging. 

 

SHIPPING

Return shipping costs will be your own responsibility and shipping costs are non-refundable. After inspection by Barnard Mohair and all is in order with your return a refund will be made, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

RIGHT TO RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Subject to the provisions of clause 2 above, goods may be returned only when defective, damaged, or if the goods supplied are not the same as originally ordered. All such goods will generally be referred to as “defective”
  • Such defective items may be returned to Barnard Mohair within seven working days of delivery. Please follow the return policy below.  

 

RETURN POLICY PROCEDURE

Please state the proper reason for the return, and include an explanation of the alleged defect, together with pictures as proof

Any defect in the product must be reported as soon as it is discovered

In the instance where an incorrect product was accidently delivered,  this must be reported within 24 hours after delivery

If the return has been approved by Barnard Mohair, we will arrange for collection of the parcel. 

 

CANCELED ORDERS

Once the online order is shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel the order,  Barnard Mohair needs to be notified immediately before the goods are sent.

GENERAL

The agreement of purchase will be deemed canceled once all the Return Policy conditions have been met, and the item received by Barnard Mohair. Failure to comply with the return policy could result in the refund being declined.   

Returns are subject to final authorisation and confirmation by Barnard Mohair
